I am fascinated by guitars rooted in traditional construction. I believe this type of instrument produces the most captivating and refined sound, standing apart from passing trends while finding its place in every musical genre and style.
In searching for my own path, I draw inspiration from the great masters who are no longer with us, such as Torres, Hauser, Bouchet and Friederich. To create an exceptional instrument, a luthier needs regular, direct contact with wood rather than relying on numerous machines and devices. That is why I make all of my guitars entirely by hand.
Drawing on current research and knowledge in the field of guitar making, I strive to build a light and responsive instrument with excellent playability, placing particular emphasis on clarity, a broad palette of tonal colours and a deep, rich sound. I aim for sufficient volume, but never at the expense of tone.
