Cassie Martin / Marco Piperno

Recitals of the winners of prestigious international guitar competitions consistently attract the interest of the festival audience. These performances provide an opportunity to discover outstanding new personalities on the music scene. The guitarists will perform a diverse repertoire, showcasing their talent and exceptional skills in a comprehensive way.

Cassie Martin is undoubtedly a rising star of the young generation of classical guitarists and a laureate of numerous international guitar competitions. She was the winner of the 18th edition of the Jan Edmund Jurkowski Memorial Competition, held during the Silesian Guitar Autumn Festival in 2022.

Marco Piperno is also a recipient of numerous awards from prestigious international competitions. His performance at the festival is one of the prizes he won, along with the title of laureate at the International Biennial Guitar Competition in Kutná Hora in 2022.
