Would you like to attend concerts, competition rounds, and artistic events at one of Europe’s most important guitar festivals? The 20th Silesian Guitar Autumn is now accepting applications for Observers! For eight days in October, Tychy will become a meeting place for the international guitar community, and you can experience the festival not only as a listener, but as an Observer.
This opportunity is designed primarily for students and professors of music academies, music school students, young artists, and all classical guitar enthusiasts who wish to become more deeply involved in festival life. Observer status allows participants not only to follow the Festival’s most important events from close range, but also to become part of an international guitar community.
As an Observer, you will have access to the rounds of the Jan Edmund Jurkowski International Guitar Competition, festival concerts, and the Festival’s academic and artistic conference. It is a unique opportunity to watch some of the world’s most talented young guitarists perform, discover current performance trends, and draw inspiration from distinguished artists and educators.
Participants can take advantage of special festival rates for accommodation at Hotel Arena, discounted meal packages, and concert passes granting access to the Silesian Guitar Autumn concert programme. Every Observer will also receive a festival welcome package and a personalized certificate of participation.
A stay in Tychy offers much more than attending concerts. It is an opportunity to build new connections, exchange experiences with musicians from different countries, meet artists, and immerse yourself in the atmosphere of one of Europe’s most renowned guitar festivals.
