She studied at the Tokyo College of Music and subsequently graduated with honors in 2014 from the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna, where she studied under Alvaro Pierri. She also earned a Master’s degree in Classical Guitar Performance from the University of Alicante. Her teachers have included Yeu-seuk Rhee, Shin-ichi Fukuda, Kiyoshi Shomura, and Alvaro Pierri.

Kyuhee Park is a laureate of many prestigious international guitar competitions, including first prize at the Printemps de la Guitare international competition (becoming its first female and first Asian winner), the Agustín Barrios International Guitar Competition, and the Alhambra International Guitar Competition, where she also received the Audience Prize. She has also claimed top prizes at competitions in Heinsberg, Koblenz, and the Michele Pittaluga International Guitar Competition in Alessandria, Italy.

She has released numerous recordings for labels such as Nippon Columbia, Fontec, Naxos, and the Music & Art Company. Her albums have received critical acclaim and achieved extraordinary success in the classical guitar world.

Currently, she tours extensively in Europe, Korea, and Japan. Her performances are particularly celebrated for their depth of expression and refined tremolo technique, earning her widespread recognition as one of the leading classical guitarists of her generation.
